{"id":739,"date":"2023-01-18T15:12:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-18T15:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polimovel.pt\/?page_id=739"},"modified":"2025-02-21T02:17:42","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T02:17:42","slug":"shipping-delivery","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/polimovel.pt\/en\/order\/shipping-delivery\/","title":{"rendered":"Shipping and Delivery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POLIM\u00d3VEL delivers its products to continental Portugal and the islands<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>POLIM\u00d3VEL delivers its products to continental Portugal and the islands<\/h3>\n<p>In the Lisbon district, our staff takes care of the delivery and assembly of the products.<br \/>\nFor other locations, delivery is made by courier and does not include assembly (which can be done at an additional cost, if requested).<br \/>\nAfter collection by the carrier at our warehouse, delivery is usually made within 1-2 working days in Lisbon, and 2 to 4 working days in continental Portugal.<br \/>\nThe customer will be contacted by SMS with information on the day and time of delivery (normally made in the morning or afternoon), and it is not possible to schedule an exact time.<br \/>\nPlease note that it is the customer&#8217;s responsibility, to confirm that the products fit in the entrances to their home.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Delivery time<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Products in stock<\/strong> are dispatched immediately by courier, or the delivery by our crew is scheduled as quickly as possible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Products that are not in stock<\/strong> await supply from the manufacturer, and the average time is indicated on the product page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In Lisbon district<\/strong>, as a rule delivery will be made within 1 to 2 working days after products are available, between 9-13h and 15-19h.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In mainland Portugal<\/strong>, the carrier collects it from our warehouse and delivery usually takes place 2 to 4 working days later.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For Azores and Madeira islands<\/strong>, after dispatch delivery occurs between 5 and 10 working days later (depending on the destination, the volume of the order and the availability of the carrier).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Shipping cost<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pick up at store:<\/strong> customers can pick up the products at one of our <a href=\"https:\/\/polimovel.pt\/en\/stores\/\">furniture stores in Lisbon<\/a>, without any delivery cost.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery in Lisbon or Set\u00fabal districts:<\/strong> purchases equal or over \u20ac250.00 are eligible for free delivery in the following municipalities: Lisbon, Amadora, Cascais, Loures, Odivelas, Oeiras, Almada and Barreiro.
